Pont Cultural Bridge invites the community to its 2026 Annual General Meeting and celebrates a year of growth and impact.
Edmonton, Alberta, June 2026 – The Cultural Bridge (PCB) is pleased to invite its members, partners, volunteers and the entire Francophone and multicultural community to participate in its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) , which will be held virtually on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at 3 p.m. (Alberta time) .
This annual meeting will provide an opportunity to present the results of a year marked by numerous achievements, the development of new partnerships and the implementation of structuring projects for the benefit of Francophone and multicultural communities in Alberta.
Over the past year, Le Pont Cultural Bridge has continued its mission of intercultural understanding through a rich and diverse program reaching youth, families, newcomers, and the entire community. Key initiatives include the Afrikanité Festival, Tales and Legends from Home, activities promoting cultural diversity, youth programs, community development projects, and several initiatives fostering intercultural dialogue and inclusion.
The Annual General Meeting will also be an opportunity to present strategic directions and upcoming projects, including strengthening services for families, developing new youth initiatives, expanding cultural and educational activities, and taking steps to meet the growing needs of Alberta's Francophone communities.
“This assembly represents a special moment to report on the work accomplished thanks to the commitment of our volunteers, our partners and our members. It is also an opportunity to reflect together on the next steps in our development and to continue building a strong, inclusive and dynamic Francophone community,” emphasizes the management of Pont Cultural Bridge.
The agenda for this meeting includes:
Presentation of the annual activity report 2025-2026;
Presentation of financial statements;
Review of achievements and community impacts;
Presentation of projects and prospects for 2026-2027;
Exchanges with members and partners;
Elections and statutory matters, if applicable.
The Board of Directors warmly invites members and all those interested in the development of Alberta's Francophonie to take part in this meeting.
